Grind & Co, the owners of Shoreditch, Soho and Picadilly Grind have just announced the opening of Holborn Grind in late September as part of the new Hoxton Hotel in Holborn. One of my favorite spots, not least because they source their coffee from the Small Batch Co in Brighton.
Holborn is an area that only has a few coffee shops given the scale of businesses and commuters in the area. Free State and Wild & Wood are well known coffee shops in the area, but London Review Cake Shop and Fleet River Bakery also serve decent coffee. Espresso Base operate a stall nearby as well.
Definitely a welcome addition to the plethora of chains in the area- especially for the lunch rush!
